The country which is famous for its beautiful landscapes, consisting of large forest areas and around 188,000 lakes, is thinly populated in contrast with its relatively large land. Although most of the time people think that Finland is a Scandinavian country, it is actually not. Finns are not Germanic people like their neighbors; the Finnish language is more close to Estonian and Hungarian. In addition to Finnish, Swedish is an official language in Finland. Finland specializes in several areas, but we can say that they are experts in education.
